Apartment "Casa del Cavaliere"
The Cavaliere's apartment is about 200 square meters and has, on the ground floor, a large living-dining room, a large fireplace, a large well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a closet.
A comfortable flight of stone stairs leads to the first floor, where there is a bright and very pleasant living room, with the original restored painted walls, game table, SAT television, DVD player, and 4 bedrooms, of which 2 with a shared bathroom and 2 with private bathroom.
Maximum occupancy 8 people (8 beds + any extra beds for children up to 12 years).
Both apartments have been very comfortably furnished with fine furniture and finishes, partly antique and partly made by skilled Tuscan artisans.

Apartment "Casa di Omero"
The smaller apartment, called "Casa di Omero" (Homer's house), is about 85 square meters; it features an independent entrance from the square in front of the villa.
Entering, up 10 steps of the stone staircase leads to the living room with fireplace, communicating with the kitchen, and to the 2 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.
Both apartments have been comfortably furnished with fine furniture and finishes, partly antique and partly made by skilled Tuscan artisans.

"Blue Room"
Also inside the Villa Catarsena, a room with bathroom with independent entrance is made available to guests, equipped with an espresso coffee machine and a kettle for tea and herbal teas, without using the kitchen.
From the external staircase leads directly to the room, with two beds, which can be joined into a double bed.
The apartments are part of the Villa; when this is rented in full they are therefore not available.
The apartments and the Blue Room have been very comfortably furnished with fine furniture and finishes, partly antique and partly made by skilled Tuscan artisans.
